Position: Senior System Engineer
Job Brief
We are a leading ICT solution company in Nigeria based in Lagos. We desire to engage highly competent, talented and self-motivated system engineer.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support and fix technical issues such as Desktops, Laptops, tablets etc
- Troubleshoots breakdown
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests
- Providing technical guidance
- Maintain the ICT infrastructure
- Evaluate the service equipment from time to time
- Perform reporting as per procedures
Requirements
- Good experience in support and fixing technical issues
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a system support engineer
- Problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot
- Proven experience in Linux and Windows Operating Systems
