Position: Senior Sales Manager
Job Brief
A leading downstream oil marketing company with a huge presence in commercial and industrial sales, lubricant, aviation and retail business across the country requires an experienced Senior Sales Manager professional to be part of our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating the overall performance of the sales department
- Create and implement the annual sales plan
- Ensure profitable returns on all company products sold
- Identify new lead
- Create sales and marketing strategies and plans in line with the organization
- Motivate the sales teams to achieve set targets
- Find new opportunities for expansion
- Executing sales goals
- Address potential problems
- Strategy on how to increase sales
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in oil and gas of FMCG
- Strong knowledge of MIS office applications
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate team
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of customer market relation
- Implement fuel and lube promotion
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of sales
- Leadership skills
Qualification
- Good university degree in any related discipline
- An MBA or other post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage
