A multinational real estate company desires to engage highly competent, result-oriented professionals with a proven track record in high-rise property construction design and project management to fill the above position.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating the work of the site
- Ensure all issues are addressed promptly
- Focusing equally on the project
- Meeting all functional requirements on a job
- Preparing designs and forecast projects
- Managing junior staff effectively
- Presenting new design concepts to the management
- Direct the design and progress of architectural projects
- Make sure the team works together to achieve set goals
- Assisting new Architects to improve their design skills
Requirements
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with clients
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Excellent leadership skills
- Brilliant interpersonal skills
- Highly analytical skills
- Ability to beat a deadline
- 10 years of working experience in the real estate industry
- Certification in project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Certification and vast experience in project management will be an added advantage
Qualifications
- BS.c in relevant field
