A leading independent oil production organization in Nigeria is seeking to hire an experienced Senior Operations Manager for Drilling and Well Completions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running and operation of the facility
Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate company HSE rules
- Monitor performance
- Supervise budgets and forecasts
- Direct staff
- Manage daily operations
Requirements
- Ability to provide solutions to issues
- Strong experience in field development plans
- Ability to lead project
- Must be result-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Excellence organizational skill
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas sector
- Strong knowledge of technical and operational practices
- Good experience in engineering operations and completion
Qualification
- BSc in a core engineering discipline with a minimum of second-class upper
