Position: Senior Network Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities
- Proving feedback to engineering on improvements
- Diagnosing the underlying network architecture process
- Troubleshooting and service activation processes
- Providing resolution of all levels of trouble tickets for enterprise
- Prove customer notification of network maintenance and service
- Give periodic updates to customers and stakeholders
- Generating reports of network events
- Providing response times for management performance reviews
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years experience in a telecommunications environment
- Good communication
- Natural aptitude ability to deal with people
- Ability to assess and prioritize faults
- Strong understanding of Ethernet and IP/ MPLS systems
- Good understanding of network
- Ability to monitor concepts and management tools
- Strong knowledge of SDH, PDH and IP/MPLS systems
- The ideal candidate must possess certification equivalent to Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional (CCIP)
Qualifications
- BS.c in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Science from a reputable Engineering institute
