Position: Senior Medical Officer
Job Brief
A reputable private hospital, a fast-growing health maintenance organization (HMO) and a diagnostic centre in Port Harcourt seek to employ the services of suitably qualified and experienced professionals to fill the above position.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work as an office manager or administrator
- Familiarity with medical practice
- Conducts regular chart reviews
- Ability to organise budgets and billing payments
- Provide consultation support
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
- Regularly reviews and revises medical care policies
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Work closely with, the CEO
- Directing and supporting the rendering of medical management
Requirements
- Ability to make use of computer
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Age 40 years and above
- Minimum of 7 years post house job working experience
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS/MBBCh)
- Must be registered with MDCN with a valid practising license
