Position: Senior Drilling Engineer
Job Brief
A leading independent Oil and Gas company based in Nigeria with a vigorous operation. However, due to our recent expansion, we seek to hire a senior drilling engineer to be part of our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the organizational HSE policy
- Act as a go-between with project partners
- Provide skilled technical personnel to troubleshoot drilling
- Direct the overall implementation of the organization’s drilling
- Controls for drilling
- Ensure drilling operation meets regulatory standard
- Strong leadership spirit
Requirement
- Good knowledge of the drilling site
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Good experience in field development
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Result oriented
Qualification
- BSc in a core engineering discipline
