Position: Senior Accountant
Job Brief
WTS Energy currently needs a Senior Accountant to support and manage our finance department. However, the ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing all our financial reports and maintaining a strong account policy.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure every company assets are correctly monitored
- Monitor all transactions
- Resolve audit and Investigate
- Analyzing financial information
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Work as a backup to the account payable office when not available
- Suggest variation to accounting systems
Requirements
- Work experience of 3-5 in a similar role
- Good knowledge of the oil and gas industry
- Ability to make use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership experience
- Good communication skills
- Excellent Team player
- Strong Knowledge of cost accounting
Qualification
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or any related field from a recognized university
- ICAN/CFA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA is compulsory
