Position: Security Guards
Job Brief
A private security company currently based in Lagos is seeking the service of a Security guard to join our team. As a security, you are to monitor every activity and undertake the surveillance of premises Furthermore, you will be responsible for detecting any suspicious happenings and preventing vandalism and thefts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Inspect and patrol premises regularly
- Monitor property entrance
- Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
- Report any suspicious behaviours and happenings
- Secure all exits, doors and windows
- Monitor surveillance cameras
- Respond to alarms and react on time
- Assist people in need
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity
- Submit reports of every suspicious action
Requirements
- Ability to carry out patrolling duties
- Strong knowledge of security
- Good observant
- Ability to work independently
- 2-3 years experience in a security company
- Experience in the Nigeria Army or police will be an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The candidate will be able to write a good report
Qualifications
- Bs.c, HND or OND in any disciple
- Experience in the police or Nigeria Army will be an added advantage
