Position: Secretary
Job Brief
An Estate surveying and valuation firm requires the service of a Secretary for immediate employment in both island and mainland offices in Lagos. Therefore, the ideal candidate will perform administrative tasks and other necessary duties.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
- Compose emails
- Replying to letters and emails
- Perform routine bookkeeping
- Assist with presentations and reports
- Prioritising workloads
- Printing and copying documents
- Scheduling meetings
- Making travel arrangements for executives
Requirements
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional ethical standards
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Managing office supply
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Minimum of 5 years work knowledge
- Solid organizing skill
- Attention to details
Qualifications
- OND/HND in management or other related courses
