Position: Second Engineer
Job Brief
Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance. We are looking for a Second Engineer to join our dedicated team. Therefore, the role will involve assisting the Chief Engineer in the safe and efficient management of the Engine Department.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating repairs and advising the Chief Engineer
- Arrangement of spares and consumables
- Carry out planned maintenance
- Ensure the stability of the vessel
- Organisation of the Engine room crew
- Be responsible for the safety of the Engine department
- Ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
Requirements
- A minimum of 24 months of practical experience as a Second Engineer
- Strong working experience on Jack up Barge
- Solid management experience
- Fluent written/oral English language
Qualification
- A valid CoC Chief Engineer, issued by a recognized administration.
