Position: Performance and Rewards Manager

Role and Responsibilities
- Create and implement performance management systems

Requirements
- 8 – 10 years of experience in HR
- Strong experience in designing and managing salary structures
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage team
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is a plus
