Job Brief
An Islamic Faith High School located in Ifako -Ijaye Lagos State seek to hire a school principal to be part of our team and raise a healthy learning environment for our students. The job holder will have to supervise our education staff and manage daily school operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily school operation
- Ensure a sound learning environment
- Monitor teacher performance
- Create and implement school policies
- Organize school events
- Guide students
- Create an effective communication channel with teachers
Requirements
- 5 years minimum experience in education administration
- Solid understanding of Islamic teaching
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Certification in educational leadership
- Ability to lead a team
- Organizational skills
Qualification
- BSc from an accredited University
- A master’s degree in Education or Administration
