At Thebridgerecruiter, we are recruiting for the role of a Sales Representative.  The successful candidate will help generate leads and meet sales goals. The job holder will also make sales presentations, demonstrate products, and meet with potential clients. Nevertheless, you will act as the liaison between the organization and healthcare professionals.

Nevertheless, we conduct the recruitment process from start to finish and improve operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Have a good understanding of the product
• Achieve sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
• Promote the company’s products and services to hospitals
• Regularly visiting the health facility to maintain visibility and engagement
• Chase new business opportunities
• Keep up to date with the best trends in the industry
• Develop relationships with customers
• Addressing clients’ concerns
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer records
• Pitching products to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators and medical doctors
• Organize meetings and present the product through a presentation to healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Knowledge of the sales process

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical sector

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
