Position: Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the overall performance of the  sales  department
  • Create  and implement the annual sales  plan
  • Ensure profitable returns on all company products sold
  • Identify new lead
  • Create sales and marketing strategies and plans in line with the organization
  • Motivate the sales teams to achieve set targets
  • Find new opportunities for expansion
  • Executing sales goals
  • Maintain  excellent relationships with customers
  • Strategy on how to increase sales

  • Ability to motivate team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of customer market relation
  • Implement fuel and lube promotion
  • 8 years of work experience
  • Strong knowledge of sales
  • Leadership skills

Qualification

  • First degree in commercial, business administration, economics, or other related fields
  • MBA certification would be an added advantage
