Nevertheless, Leadway Assurance created an achievement landmark in Nigeria. Therefore, due to expansion, we need a sales executive who will drive sales through effective means. Your responsibilities include generating leads and collaborating with a team of marketers to achieve set targets and increase ROI.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create growth opportunities
- Ability to establish new business
- Maintain relationships with clients
- Act as a bridge of contact between the client and the company
- Gathering market information to find out the customer’s needs
- Researching prospects and generating leads
- Maintain accurate records to ensure sales targets are met
- Reviewing sales performance from time to time
- Developing sales strategies that will help the organisation’s ROI increase
- Preparing and sending proposals
- Must be a goal-getter
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service
- Good verbal and written communicator
- Self-Motivated, must be able to motivate yourself
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Resilience, and be able to convert leads to real customers
- Commercial Awareness, solid business experience
- Ability to identify your customers and create a strong business relationship
- Analytical Skills
- Digital marketing skills are an added advantage
