Job Brief
We are a top real estate company in Lagos State. We need a sales and marketing manager to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidates will be innovative, have strong marketing skills, and be able to lead the team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing strategies
- Increase business growth
- Motivate sales team
- Identify new business opportunity
- Coordinating organizational sales
- Monitoring sales goals
- Develop strong relationships with clients
- Follow-up with clients
- Generate leads to property
- Conduct market research
Requirements
- Proven working experience in a similar role
- 2 years in senior marketing and sales position
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Experience in digital and traditional marketing
- Ability to lead a team
- International experience in Africa or other emerging markets is a plus.
- Proven ability to close deals
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record in leading sales and marketing team
- Attention to detail
