Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job brief

Alternative Adverts Ltd seeks to hire a sales and marketing executive who will help create business opportunities and drive revenue growth for the organisation. The ideal candidate must have a sound B2B experience and be able to generate leads. You are to promote companys brand and services to clients. Implement a marketing plan and strategy, recognise new business prospects, and maintain client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implementing the sales and marketing plan
  • Creating a new business link and meeting with clients
  • Provide key market trends & competitive activities to anticipate opportunities
  • Working with other team members
  • Take feedback from clients and report to the organisation
  • Reviewing performance and sales reporting
  • Gather information on competitors and outline strategies to surpass them
  • Attending to the client’s enquiries
  • Working with the team to achieve better results
  • Market phone brand to prospective distributors and corporate clients.
  • Source new customers and new sales opportunities through networking and other means
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
  • Monitor sales trends, track product performance.
  • Close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Take part on behalf of the company in any exhibitions or conferences
  • Pursue new business opportunities
  • Create a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to achieve targets and drive phone sales

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the sales of technology devices
  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting and lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid negotiation skills and experience in B2B and B2C
  • Ability to close deals and manage accounts
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven experience as a sales executive
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions

Qualifications

  • BS.c/HND  in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
