Job Brief

Our client needs a Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales growth for specific districts of our organisation. Nevertheless, as the regional sales manager, you are to lead and drive regional sales strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Report on regional sales
  • Communicating with the marketing team
  • Give support to the marketing team
  • Evaluate regional market trends
  • Find new opportunities for expansion
  • Executing sales goals
  • Address potential problems
  • Strategy on how to increase sales
  • Build solid relationships with distributors
  • Promoting the company’s brands

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
  • Team management skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be ready to travel within the region
  • Organise the sales force toward achieving the region’s sales target

Qualification

  • BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • MBA is an added advantage
