Position: Regional Sales Manager
Job Brief
A leading downstream oil marketing company with a huge presence in commercial and industrial sales, lubricant, aviation and retail business across the country requires an experienced sales professional for the above position.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Readiness to work in any part of the country
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPR
- Coordinate all branded retail stations that fail under the region
- The daily financial growth of the organization
- Report on regional sales
- Evaluate regional market trends
- Find new opportunities for expansion
- Executing sales goals
- Address potential problems
- Strategy on how to increase sales
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in downstream oil and gas
- At least 7 years at the managerial level
- Strong knowledge of customer market relation
- Implement fuel and lube promotion
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify new fueling pockets
- Proven track record in directing the sales team
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate team
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications
- First degree in any related discipline
- An MBA or other post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage
