Job Brief

A leading downstream oil marketing company with a huge presence in commercial and industrial sales, lubricant, aviation and retail business across the country requires an experienced sales professional for the above position.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Readiness to work in any part of the country
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EPR
  • Coordinate all branded retail stations that fail under the region
  • The daily financial growth of the organization
  • Report on regional sales
  • Evaluate regional market trends
  • Find new opportunities for expansion
  • Executing sales goals
  • Address potential problems
  • Strategy on how to increase sales

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in downstream oil and gas
  • At least 7 years at the managerial level
  • Strong knowledge of customer market relation
  • Implement fuel and lube promotion
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify new fueling pockets
  • Proven track record in directing the sales team
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate team
  • Strong communication skills

Qualifications

  • First degree in any related discipline
  • An MBA or other post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage
