An indigenous Pharmaceutical company is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to fill the vacancy space in our organisation. Therefore, to be successful in this position you must have an experience as a sales manager to be able to operate seamlessly.
Nevertheless, you must be ready to meet sales goals and be motivated. Furthermore, as a sales manager, you should possess the ability to give direction towards innovative ways to reach set targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Report on regional sales
- Communicating with the marketing team
- Give support to the marketing team
- Evaluate regional market trends
- Find new opportunities for expansion
- Executing sales goals
- Address potential problems
- Strategy on how to increase sales
- Act as the bridge of contact between the organisation and suppliers
- Promoting the company’s brands
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills

- Proven work experience
- Problem-solving skills
- 4 to 7 years of managerial experience
- Organize the sales force toward achieving the region’s sales target
Qualification
- B Pharm and BSc in any science degree, plus an MBA
