Position: Regional Sales Manager
Job Brief
Saro Agrosciences is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast region, overseeing business development across Anambra, Abia, Imo & Ebonyi. The candidate must possess industrial experience in relevant commodities and have mid-level managerial fitness for understanding and driving strategic business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify key customers for Soybean Oil
- Build a journey plan with the database to ensure daily customer visits
- Apply sales skills and marketing program to convert potential customers
- Create a customer database within them for Refined consumer soya oil and Rice
- Inspect the environment weekly to understand the existing and emerging competitor’s
- Obtain consumer feedback for all new solutions
- Execute appropriate programmes
- Track weekly price monitoring and reporting
- Follow up with customer payment for both cash and credit customers
- Develop and apply all tactical plans geared towards upselling
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Sales management
- Solid knowledge and driving strategic business goals
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- The ideal candidate must possess industrial experience in relevant commodity
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field such as Sales Management, or a related discipline
- Certification in NIMN / CIM will be an added advantage
