Position: Reconciliation Officer
Job Brief
A Finance company that is into payment solutions, is about to commence operations and has an urgent need for strategic hiring in a bid to achieve superior performance. We are seeking to fill the above position of Reconciliation Officer.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Reconciling payments
- Issue receipts to customers
- Generating month-end reports
- Ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process and reconcile transactions
- Reconcile and verify bank deposits and payments
- Verifying and reconciling input documentation
- Performing daily financial transactions
- Daily reconciliation of transactions
- Account reconciliations such as inventory control and bank
Requirements
- Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in any discipline
- 5 years of experience out of which at least 4 must be from the financial services industry
- 2 years at the senior management level
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACIB, etc would be an added advantage
- CIBN issued Certificate in Microfinance Banking
