Position: Receptionist

Job Brief

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform various administrative and clerical tasks. Applicant must live within Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Obalende, Iyana Oworo, and its environs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests as soon as they come in
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate office
  • Answer and forward incoming calls
  • Sorting mail
  • Keep updated records of office expenses
  • Scheduling of meeting
  • Keep inventory of stock
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy

Requirements

  • Proven work experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good time management
  • 6 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with administrative task

Qualification

  • OND,HND, Bachelor’s degree in a related field
