Position: Receptionist
Job Brief
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform various administrative and clerical tasks. To be successful in this role the ideal candidate must be active and be ready to multitask.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests as soon as they come in
- Direct visitors to the appropriate office
- Answer and forward incoming calls
- Sorting mail
- Keep updated records of office expenses
- Scheduling of meeting
- Keep inventory of stock
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assisting with various administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is tidy
Requirements
- Proven work experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good time management
- Experience with administrative task
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
