Job Brief

We desire to hire competent, talented and self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, to be part of our team. The job holder will have strong administrative skills and be able to work without supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk
  • Serves as the first point of contact
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Manage guest booking
  • Assisting with administrative tasks
  • Dealing with guest complaints

Requirement

  • Trustworthy
  • Minimum of 2 years of front desk experience
  • Ability to multitask skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Discretion and sensitivity
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Smart, professional appearance
  • Concrete written skills
  • Good knowledge of booking systems

Qualification

  • OND in a related field or equivalent required
