Roles and Responsibilities
- Receiving visitors at the front desk
- Serves as the first point of contact
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Manage guest booking
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Dealing with guest complaints

Qualification
