Position: Estate Surveyor and Valuers
Job Brief
We are seeking to hire a detail-oriented Estate Surveyor and valuer to join our dedicated team. Therefore, as an estate surveyor and values, you are to supervise the daily running of the organization. Nevertheless, you will be responsible for property valuation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing and developing estates
- Inspect properties to determine their worth
- Act as mediator between the two parties
- Carry out continuous repair and corrective works
- Securing the optimal use of land resources
- Maintaining the real estate facilities
- Determining the structure and condition of buildings
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Create solid relationships with property owners
- Give recommendations on the best use of landed properties
Requirements
- Proficiency in real estate management
- Must be a registered estate surveyor
- 5 years of experience in estate surveying, valuation, or real estate management role
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Numeracy skill
- Good reporting and writing skills
- Data collection and collation skills
- The ideal candidate must have worked at a top management level
Qualifications
- BSc in Estate Management, Surveying or Real Estate
