Position: Radiographer
Job Brief
A world-class health facility in Abuja is seeking to hire a Radiology professional to join our team and work directly with patients to perform radiologic imaging procedures. In this position, you will play an important role in helping Doctors and other healthcare professionals diagnose and treat patients in our facility.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Arrange equipment for use
- Sterilising of equipment when needed
- Preparing patients for exams
- Explaining test procedures
- Operating radiographic equipment
- Oversee contrast agents for patients
- Calibrating the equipment to provide clear images
- Communicating with physicians about the results of tests
- Log and organise image results
- Reading diagnostic imaging
- Monitor patients and ensure their safety during imaging procedures
Requirements
- NYSC discharge certificate
- Attention to detail
- Patient service skills
- Member of the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria
- Excellent communication
- Interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion
- Problem-solving skills
- Good analytical
- Strong ability to operate and understand radiographic

- BSc in Radiography
