Roles and Responsibilities
- Physical Measurement on site
- Bid Preparation
- Preparation of Claim
- Collating Invitation to Tender packages
- Well-versed in Analysis of survey reports
- Providing cost analysis to management
- Assessment of sub-contractors Claims
- Must be able to provide raw material forecasts
- Understanding of the Program of Works given
- Must be able to maintain activities and staff at the project site
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed and certified
- Minimum of 10 years of Civil Engineering
- 5 years of Road Construction
- Membership / Certification of a professional engineering body (ABET, COREN certified, etc)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- A master’s Degree in civil engineering added advantage
