Position: Quality Supervisor
Job Brief
We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our dedicated team, to oversee the development and maintenance of quality systems, as well as the supervision of quality assurance staff.
Therefore, as a Quality Supervisor, you will develop and implement quality plans, policies and procedures to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. corrective action as necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitors implements and maintains the quality management system requirements
- Ensure no incidence of mix-up within productions and or labels
- Make sure to strictly adhere to line clearance
- Support supervisor to ensure correct feedback is shared to dose out non-conformances raised if there is deviation during the process
- Identifies process gap(s) and proffer possible solutions to fix the identified gap(s)
- Ensures calibration of all laboratory equipment is done as per the calibration plan
- Schedules and trains staff in areas of identified gaps as well as conducts training for continual improvement processes
- Ensure identification of potential hazards associated to work areas
- Make sure retained samples are checked and retained inspection form and other supporting documents are reviewed and signed off during the shift
- Make sure the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- HND/BS.C or equivalent in Science course
- Postgraduate qualification in business/management
- Membership in relevant professional bodies
