We seek to hire a dedicated Quality Control Officer to be part of our team to control and ensure that all hospitality services are safe and standard.
The Quality Control Officer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other functional heads
- Ensure compliance with all applicable quality plans
- Supervise the activities of quality officers
- Coordinate with external service providers
- Ensure the effectiveness of the QMS
- Authorise coding and relabeling activities
- Coordinate complaint resolution
- Reports to the quality and regulatory manager
- Inspect guest rooms, restaurants and kitchens
- Create a pest management programme

- Solid knowledge of quality control

- 2 years of experience in hotel/restaurant quality control
Qualification
- BSc in Hospitality Management, Quality Assurance, or any related field
