Position: Quality Control Officer

Job Brief

We seek to hire a dedicated Quality Control Officer to be part of our team to control and ensure that all hospitality services are safe and standard.

The Quality Control Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other functional heads
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable quality plans
  • Supervise the activities of quality officers
  • Coordinate with external service providers
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the QMS
  • Authorise coding and relabeling activities
  • Coordinate complaint resolution
  • Reports to the quality and regulatory manager
  • Inspect guest rooms, restaurants and  kitchens
  • Create a pest management programme

  • BSc  in Hospitality Management, Quality Assurance, or any related field
