Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Job Brief
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Quality Assurance manager to make sure our company and customers remain compliant with industry regulations. We are an Indigenous Argo-Allied company in Abuja dedicated to restoring the agriculture sector in Nigeria.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Performing manual and automated quality checks
- Reporting to the quality assurance manager
- Making sure that employees adhere to safety
- Regulate and clean testing equipment
- Modifying testing procedures
- Reporting safety
- Improving production efficiency
- Train newly hired technicians
- Testing and reporting of issues
- Advising on procedures
Requirements
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of automated testing
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to lead quality assurance team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
- BSc in agriculture, Food Science, Quality Management, or any related field
- A master’s degree is added advantage
