Position: Property Manager

Job Brief

We are seeking to employ an experienced and reliable property manager to manage the operations of one of our commercial properties in Lagos

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the overall daily operations of the property
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment
  • Plan and coordinate all installations
  • Allocate office space according to needs
  • Coordinate and plan essential services
  • Collection of rents
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies
  • Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
  • Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness and general conservation
  • Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in property management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing a first-class residential estate
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
