Position: Property/Facility Manager
Job Brief
As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. Nevertheless, you will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well functioning.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise all staff facilities staff
- Manage the upkeep of equipment
- Plan and coordinate all installations
- Allocate office space according to needs
- Coordinate and plan essential services
- Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
- Respond appropriately to emergencies
- Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
- Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness and general conservation
- Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences
Requirements

- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills

- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing a first-class residential estate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualification
- Candidate must be a graduate
- Must be a registered estate surveyor or facility manager
