Position: Project Manager
Job Brief
We are looking for a project manager who will be responsible for handling our company’s ongoing projects. The candidate will have to be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Nevertheless, your job includes submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members
- Ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines
- Meeting with project team members to detect and resolve issues
- Adhere to quality standards
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
- Create effective project communication plans
- Manage the development of user manuals, training materials
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Age not more than 45 years
- Experience as a construction project manager
- Proven experience in project management
- Experience overseeing a construction project
Qualifications
- BSc in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Building Tech
- MSC or MBA in relevant fields is an added advantage
