Position: Project Delivery Lead
Job Brief
Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance. We are hiring a Project Delivery Lead to process deliverables that meet the COMPANY and standard specifications and are delivered within the schedule. Therefore, the ideal candidate will address all clarifications related to the process. Nevertheless, the Project Delivery Lead will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our upstream oil and gas asset.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of projects and monitor progress
- Identify assess, and manage project risks
- Monitor project costs and expenditures
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Implement quality assurance processes and procedures
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
- Coordinate resources including personnel to support project activities
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards
- Ability to analyze complex technical and business issues
- Time management skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements
- 7 years of experience in Upstream Oil and Gas Project Management
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong project management skills
- Proven record of successful delivery of complex projects in the O&G industry
Qualifications
- BS.c in Engineering or Construction Management or Business Management or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- 7 years of experience in Upstream Oil and Gas Project Management
