Position: Project Delivery Lead
Job Brief

We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. However, we are seeking a diligent and experienced Project delivery lead to be part of our finance team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Direct the development of project plans
- Arrearage, and budgets for asset projects
- Ensure placement with organizational goals and objectives
- Manage the execution of projects
- Monitor project costs and expenditures
- Prepare and deliver regular progress timely reports
- Create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Executing mitigation strategies as needed to ensure prosperous project delivery
- Track progress and identify risks
- Ensure project deliverables meet expected quality standards
Requirements
- 7 years of work experience in Upstream O&G Project Management
- Proven record of successful delivery of complex projects
- Good project management skills
- Ability to analyze complex technical and business issues
- Strong knowledge of upstream oil and gas operations
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of relevant industry standard
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements
- Good knowledge of contract management
- Solid organizational and time management skills
Qualification
- BSc in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management or related field
- Master’s degree is preferred
