Job Brief
A real estate company with its Head office in Lekki Lagos is looking to hire an enthusiastic and proactive individual to assist in architectural works. However, the role will suit someone willing to take up more responsibilities and who is willing to learn and grow.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the OBO design standards
- Performs extra assignments per the project manager’s direction
- Assist in project management
- Support architectural projects
- Assist in preparing designs
- Draft building plans
- Support in research and presentation of materials
- Estimates based on project plans
- Visiting sites to assist in project management
- Support in preparing a plan
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of building materials
- Must be smart and creative
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in architecture
