Position: Program Manager
Job Brief
We are looking for a program manager to manage and directly be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our organization. However, you will be tasked with increasing programs to assist the organization’s strategic trend.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Working on strategy with the marketing team
- Prepare reports for program directors
- Resolve project scope issues
- Infrastructure financing
- Meet deadlines project
- Ensuring goals are met
- Develop and manage long-term goals
- Coordinate cross-project activitiesvites
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Lead and evaluated project managers and other staff
Requirements
- Proven experience as a program manager
- Knowledge of performance evaluation
- Competency in Microsoft applications
- Proven experience managing a team
- Effective leadership skills
- Ability to command respect
- Interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of techniques
- Good knowledge of budgeting
- Strong experience in monitoring and controlling
Qualifications
- BS.c in management or any relevant field
- MSc or MA is a plus
