Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other managers
- Prepare budgets and estimate costs
- Organize workflow
- Ensure every output meets quality standards
- Provide a report on daily production
- Approve maintenance work
- Ensure specifications are met
- Track production and resolve issues
- Evaluate the performance of production
- Oversees every step of the production process
Requirements
- Proven experience as a production manager
- Ability to handle multi-task
- Strong knowledge of the production process
- Ability to provide reports on production metrics
- Good leadership skill
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in a similar role
- Membership in professional bodies is an added advantage
Qualification
- BSc or HND in a related field
