Position: Product Manager
Job Brief
We are a leading multinational company in the global pharmaceutical industry, our company employs a diverse cultural workforce and its operations span across the world and densely across Africa. We need an experienced and qualified product manager to support the business expansion in the Marketing Department with the following roles and responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Directing and updating product knowledge of the field force
- Execute product strategy
- Interpret business strategy into product strategy
- Understand the product roadmap
- Plan and carry out any product launches
- Report on implementation status
- Move action in the organization to get products to market
- Provide product marketing with insights
- Preparation of promotional input utilization plan
- Ensure dispatch of inputs as the plan and timely execution of strategies by field force
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have enthusiasm and creativity
- 3-4 years of experience in product management
- Strong analytical skills
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
Qualification
- BS.c in Pharmacy with MBA
