Position: Procurement Officer
Job Brief
We are hiring a Procurement Officer for a Pharmacy company in Ikeja Lagos. We need an experienced procurement officer to coordinate our purchasing activities. The job holder will ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and high-quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the routine procurement activities
- Source and purchase materials
- Monitoring the delivery of goods
- Negotiate prices
- Managing inventories
- Implement the company’s procurement policies
- Maintain and update the list of suppliers
- Work hand in hand with team members
- Ensure timely delivery
- Comply with the company policy
Requirements
- 1 years of work experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Solid knowledge of procurement principles
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Good analytical thinking
- Female Candidates preferred
