Position: Procurement Officer

Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced procurement officer to coordinate our purchasing activities.  The job holder will ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and high-quality.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the routine procurement activities
  • Source and purchase materials
  • Monitoring the delivery of goods
  • Negotiate prices
  • Managing inventories
  • Implement the company’s procurement policies
  • Maintain and update the list of suppliers
  • Work hand in hand with team members
  • Ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain supplier relationships

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of work experince in a similar role
  • Attention to deatil
  • Solid knowledge of procurement principles
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to research and preserve all relevant internal control

Qualification

  • BSc in relevant field
