Position: Procurement Officer
Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced procurement officer to coordinate our purchasing activities. The job holder will ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and high-quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the routine procurement activities
- Source and purchase materials
- Monitoring the delivery of goods
- Negotiate prices
- Managing inventories
- Implement the company’s procurement policies
- Maintain and update the list of suppliers
- Work hand in hand with team members
- Ensure timely delivery
- Maintain supplier relationships
Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experince in a similar role
- Attention to deatil
- Solid knowledge of procurement principles
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to research and preserve all relevant internal control

- BSc in relevant field
