Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure effective communication, coordination
- Supporting and advising the Vice President
- Leads stewardship and cultivation of current and prospective financing
- Conducting research and analysis to drive policy formulation
- Supporting day-to-day management of a key policy and advocacy grant
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress
- Manage meetings and handle correspondence with key stakeholders
- Support the campaigns and content team to develop actions
- Organize and drive the agenda and preparation for meetings with grant sponsors
- managing day-to-day operations and priorities with the grantor
Requirements
- Experience with project management
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with data management
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage projects with professionalism
- Capacity to work under pressure
- Proficient in English and Swedish
- Previous experience with policy work on development finance and related issues
Qualification
- Bachelors/ Masters Degree in development, economics, public health, international relations, or related field
- 3+ years of Knowledge and experience with non-governmental organizations
