Position: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced and highly-organized personal assistant to perform administrative duties for the managing director. The job holder will have to oversee the scheduling of meetings, take notes of all meeting with the managing director, nevertheless, you have to make all necssary travel arrangements and support with other duties when needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to  the managing director
  • Performing secretarial and administrative jobs
  • Editing reports and documentation of reports
  • Keeping records
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Answering calls
  • Receiving and replying to emails
  • Acting as the company secretary
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Ordering office supplies

Requirements

  • 5 years work experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Able to create documents with ease
  • Excellent written skills
  • Able to manage internal and external correspondence

Qualification

  • BSc in relevant fields
