Position: Payroll Loan Manager
Job Brief
Sabi Microfinance Bank Limited is a licensed Tier 1 Microfinance Bank in Lagos Nigeria, aiming to provide financial inclusion to individuals across both the public and private sectors as well as supporting Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (MSMEs). The bank is currently undergoing restructuring across all areas of business sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate payroll team
- Solve issues relating to payroll
- Generate payroll reports and ensure financial confidentiality
- Direct the preparation of payroll-related documents
- Ensure payroll records are maintained in accordance
- Contributing to employee satisfaction
- Ensure timely processing of employee salaries
- Directing and coaching payroll clerks
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws
- Maintain strong relationships with employees and finance departments
Requirements

- Familiarity with payroll software
- Proven experience as a payroll loan manager

Qualification
- BSc/BA in Business Administration and Accounting
