Job brief
We need the service of an Operations Manager to be part of our team in our hospitality service. The job holder will supervise daily activities and coordinate the smooth running of our Hotel. Nevertheless, you are to maintain our standards and ensure efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Improve operational systems
- Liaise with the marketing and sales team
- Increase hotel revenue
- Handle guest complaints
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of company property
- Monitor industry trends and adjust operations accordingly
- Take care of financial performance and ensure profitability
- Ability to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities
Requirements
- 10 years of solid experience in operations
- People management skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to analyse market trends
- Strong attention to detail
- Good experience in customer service
- Proven experience as Hotel Operations Manager
- Exhaustive understanding of the business
- Good strategic thinker
Qualification
- B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any other related field
