We are seeking a brilliant Operations Manager to join our Art Gallery. The ideal job holder should be able to oversee all the daily operations in our gallery and ensure smooth running.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring efficient utilisation of resources
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Manage supply chain operations
- Lead staff
- Work closely with artists and curators
- Manage and supervise the workforce
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive environment
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
- Achieve organisational goals
Requirements
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight
- Leadership ability
- Proven work experience
- Good experience with multiple retail management software systems
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Proficiency in conflict management
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
