Position: Operations Manager

We are a leading oil and gas company with operations in the construction and hospitality industries. We wish to hire an Operations Manager to be part of our brilliant team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Ensuring efficient utilization of resources
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Manage and supervise the workforce
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive
  • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate potential risks
